Terms and Conditions
This agreement governs the terms and conditions of use of the materials on the website www.congrescmsb.ro and the online registration system (system) for the 6th Congress of the Bucharest Dental Council.
- General provisions
1.1. The right to use the information and services of the website is governed by the current legislation of Romania, following European data privacy legislation.
1.2. This agreement is a public offer. If the user has given their consent, they may use the information and services provided by the “website.”
1.3. All possible disputes related to this agreement can only be settled by the current Romanian law.
1.4. Nothing in this agreement can be interpreted as an agency, partnership, collaboration, employment, or any other unapproved relationship.
- User rights and obligations
2.1. The user agrees not to take any action that violates current Romanian legislation and international law standards, or any other actions that may cause problems for the “system” and “website.”
2.2. The user of the “website” / “system” entrusts personal data for processing: personal data of the participant, company information, and contact information of the participant, under GDPR laws.
2.3. The user guarantees that they are over 18 years of age.
2.4. All information that the User obtains regarding the organisation and management of the Congress is confidential and must not be distributed.
2.5. The User is obliged not to distribute any confidential or legally protected information about a natural/legal person while using the “system.”
2.6. The user has the right to book and pay for services using the “system” if they maintain the current agreement.
2.7. Payment for services, cancellation of reservations, and refunds are carried out following the rules and conditions of the “website” and the “system.”
2.8. The user grants the “Administrator” the right to use this information for publication in the Congress materials.
2.9. The registered user agrees to receive information about upcoming events. To refuse the distribution of informational emails, the user must send a waiver to office@cmsb.ro
2.10. The user confirms that they have validated this Agreement, the rules for money transfers, reservation services, and the cancellation and refund policy, which are posted on the website.
2.11. The user receives confirmation of registration by email.
- Rights and obligations of the administrator
3.1. The administrator is obliged to maintain the confidentiality of personal data and information and not to use or publish them without the User’s consent.
3.2. The administrator has the right to delete information provided by the user in the “system” if it does not comply with the terms of the “Agreement” or the current legislation of Romania.
3.3. The administrator has the right to modify the online registration system of the Congress and the “website” at its discretion.
3.4. The Administration has the right to modify the terms of the Agreement unilaterally. All modifications become effective within 3 days of the publication of the new Agreement. If the user does not agree to the modifications, they must submit a waiver regarding their use of the website’s information and services.
3.5. The Administrator may transfer the rights granted to it by the User to a third party for the performance of tasks.
3.6. The Administrator is not responsible for the non-performance of obligations or the inability to provide services due to the invalidation or updating of the User’s information, which are referred to in the terms and conditions of the current “Agreement.”
- Cancellation policy
Please note that participation in the Congress of the Bucharest Dental Council is subject to a non-refundable payment policy. Purchased packages cannot be exchanged.
